Life has a lot to Offer

When we were in Switzerland one of my husband’s like to eat there is "Rosti” it is a potato dish in Switzerland and it was originally as a common breakfast eaten by farmers in Bern, but nowadays it is eaten all over Switzerland and mostly Swiss people consider “Rosti” as a national dish and it is more now common to serve to accompany other dishes, rather than for breakfast. It is like a hash brown and if you like to know more about "Rosti” you can check in Google. As you can see in the picture, that is my "Veggie Rosti” which is mixed veggies with cheese. It was such a delicious meal I had and I miss “Rosti” I hope we can come back again in Switzerland and eat some more “Rosti.” (lol).
