One time my husband and walking around here in Downtown Indianapolis and we found out they have a theatre and we decided to see one of their show “The Piano Lesson” and we paid $24 each of us and that is not a bad price and my husband purchased through their website irtlive.com. The address of this theatre is 140 W Washington St, Indianapolis.
The show “The Piano Lesson” is about two and a half hour production with a 15 minute intermission and this “Piano Lesson” was started showing on 2/20/2008 to 3/15/2008. Last night, my husband watched it; the show is about in Pittsburgh on 1936 Berniece will not let go of her great-grandfather’s piano. Covered with incredible carvings, it recounts her family’s rise from slavery. Her brother, Boy Willie, wants to sell the piano to buy land. Respect for their ancestors collides with desire for a new life as sister and brother struggle with the unknowable balance between holding on to the past and letting go for the right reasons.
The show was very interesting and the actors are very good and I can say they are talented people and there are some scene are funny and I recommend to people who likes to watch live show and I rate it 4 stars ****
