My husband and I went on a cruise, I ate alot in there since they have delicious food in the buffet and they are high quality. Sometimes I ate mostly 2 plates and have 3 soup in one meal and that is too much and whoever eat like that there is no way not to gain weight. As I ate alot in there, when we come home in our condominium, I did weight myself and found out I gained 5 lbs. As I am staying at home, I can cook foods, which are healthier, and less fat or less grease and I just eat fruit for my breakfast like mango, vegetable soup or just drink glass of milk either any kind of fruit juice. Losing weight is hard and it easily to gain weight. When you are older trying to lose weight much harder since you have low metabolism. I try no to skip breakfast, I try to eat healthy breakfast, and when I ate I try not to eat too much or else I will not loss weight at all. For me, when I am thinner I feel not lazy and of course I feel lighter and energetic. If dieting and exercising will not work for me, I may try taking weight loss pills but I have not tried taking weight loss pills before. I felt myself about 2 days ago I loss about 2 lbs. and I am happy about it since I did not eat alot few days ago and that means I am started being successful of losing some weight.
