My sister contacted me in my phone early while I was still sleeping. It did wake me up and I knew once she calls me that there is a problem. She told me that she having trouble sending money through Xoom and she said to me, she used her PayPal to Xoom and she did use it before but there is no problem. She told me that the Xoom encountering technical problems and the money that she sent from PayPal to Xoom is under in process and that is why my dad did not receive the money yet for a while as the Xoom holding it as the customer service said that their specialist solving it. She did email them that she wanted a refund and then they replied to her and they said that the PayPal did not authorize the payment and I told her she should contact the customer service again and tell them the PayPal authorized it as it says in her PayPal account was completed. There was confusion in there, my sister pissed off about and discouraged, and she said, she would not using XOOM anymore and so it indicates for me even in small problem they cannot solve it immediately?
