This afternoon, I miss to eat pasta and I remember I bought a pasta yesterday in the grocery and I did tried it and just follow the instructions. I did put water 1 and ½ cups of water, ½ cup milk and put the pasta, sprinkled little bit of Mr. Dash spices, stirred it and did wait ‘til it boil and it cook about 10 minutes or until the pasta was tender and then when I tried, it was cook and was very delicious and it seems one of the best pasta that I have ever eaten! On other week, my husband and I did go to in Indiana State Museum. I can say this one of the best museum that I have been to, because they have great exhibits that you will like to see. Yesterday, almost noon time my husband and I did grocery shopping for this week and I found out they do have variety of sushi but I chose the veggie sushi they have. Yesterday morning, before my husband went to work he said to me we are going to go to “Crackers Comedy Club” again and I said “yes” since I liked to have fun and I am fond now of comedy club. My husband and I just did went on royal caribbean cruise ships recently and that was on February and we went on Feb. 14-18 and that was 4 days and 5 nights which we did rode the ship called “Grandeurs of the Sea,” we just did it for 4 days as that was our 1st time. Today, while I am surfing online I just decided to turn on the TV and find the HBO channel and the showing movie is this “Nanny McPhee.” I suppose to surf more online but I was keep destructed by this movie as it is very funny, interesting and this is one of the funniest movies that I have seen. This movie was based on a series of British books published for children in the 60’s, titled Nurse Matilda and written by Christianna Brand, comes the story of Nanny McPhee. This movie is very good which I rate this 4 stars and half, great story, high quality, great dialogue, worth to watch, great costume, great make up and great cast. This movie finds me interesting and this one reminds me of the “Sound of Music” movie (Mary Poppins) but there is no singing. While watching this “Nanny Mcphee” makes me laugh so hard and this is one of the best movie that I have seen and I highly recommend to all who did not watch this one yet. If the parents watch this movie, you will learn something from this movie and one thing is that you must have time for your kids. The children will love to watch this movie too and they will laugh hard.

After my husband and I left the comedy club, we felt hungry and we decided to eat at “Hard Rock Café,” I was impressed as there are a lot of people last night we even wait for a while before we get in. This food is serving for 4 persons and preparing or cooking time is 20 minutes. I found this from Campbell’s condensed soup recipe on the back of the paper. I have not tried this one before but I might be going to make it for my husband as it looks good and my husband loves chicken.

Here is the recipe:

1 lemon
1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) 98% fat free Campbell’s cream of broccoli soup
¼ cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Cut 4 thin slices lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add soup, milk lemon juice and black pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry

On other day, I bought some canned soup from Campbell’s and while reading on the label I found a recipe which I wanted to share here also and I did not make this one yet but I will be going to as my husband loves to eat chicken. Experimenting in cooking food is a lot of fun and I will try to cook this for my husband when I get a chance. This “Creamy Chicken Stir Fry” preparation/cooking time is 25 minutes and it is good for 4 persons.

Ingredients:
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
3 cups cut-up vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green or red pepper)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
½ cup milk
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
¼ tsp. garlic powder
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. Push chicken to one side of skillet.
Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Add soup, milk, soy and garlic powder and heat through. Serve with rice.

The nutritional values per serving: Calories 429, total fat 5g, sodium 532mg. Total Carbs 60g, dietary fiber 3g, and protein 33g.

The show was very interesting and the actors are very good and I can say they are talented people and there are some scene are funny and I recommend to people who likes to watch live show and I rate it 4 stars ****

My husband and I watched this movie this afternoon, since we are staying here in Indiana and my husband do not have tivo here, there will be a lot of chance that we are going to watch movie a lot. The starring in this movie are Russell Crowe, Christian Bale and the directed by James Mangold. This movie is based on the Elmore Leonard story; 3:10 TO YUMA is a riveting remake of the 1957 classic Western. It's the story of Dan Evans (Christian Bale), a down-and-out rancher who lost his leg in the Civil War. With a wife and two sons, he is struggling to put food on the table, and unable to make payments on his land. When the notorious gunman Ben Wade (Russell Crowe) is apprehended nearby, a few local men are needed to escort him to the town of Contention so he can be put on the 3:10 train to Yuma Prison. Few will volunteer for the job, as they know that Wade's ruthless gang will follow them, but Evans sees an opportunity to make some fast cash, and offers to go in exchange for $200. The small teams of men set off, and are later joined by Evans's young son William (Logan Lerman), who has run away from home to join them. What follows is a race against time, as the group tries to get to Yuma without the clever and dangerous Wade outsmarting them. I liked the movie, because it is an interesting story, because the actors good and the story too which you may like as being a man has a family is to struggle how to feed and earn money for his family. For my opinion, he should not do something in order to earn money faster and he should think himself that he might be in danger later on and he might find a away to get money than taking an opportunity to make money fast. Well...sometimes human can think sometimes differently especially when somebody offers good money and will do something even it is dangerous. I will rate this movie as 4 stars and loved this kind of movie!

My husband called me this afternoon as he said we will eat an early dinner and he said to me I should get ready myself before he comes home.
