My husband and I has a high mortgage since we have an expensive property but even though we pay high mortgage per month but the good thing is that we can paid out earlier than paying lower mortgage. I have told my husband, we can lower our mortgage so that we can save alot of money and we can do whatever we want but if we sell our property we can paid off our mortgage. My husband called me on other day that we can eat in Asian restaurant and when he gets home, he told me that he needs to swim 1st before we will go to in the restaurant and I agreed. I have gained weight for about 11 lbs., which makes me afraid that I will gain more than that. I have decided to start doing some sit-ups to help flattens my belly and swim in the pool so that I loss some weight and also I try to avoid greasy, fatty and high calorie food or I watch my diet or else I will burst and will be heavier than my weigh right now. I do not hug my husband when he just got home from work as I am thinking his shirt is dirty an and I will get the dirt and germs when I hug him as he exposed himself to people (lol) and I remind him to wash his hands once he arrive. I did not plan to cook anything on other day and it came up into my mind when I was in the kitchen and felt hungry that I am going to cook an Asian noodles mixed with vegetables and mushrooms. I am glad that I bought one time an Asian noodles when my husband and I went to the grocery store and I picked the right and good noodles as I knew there are noodles which are not good at all and not my type. My husband loves it but one time I saved some of it and put in the refrigerator and when he opened the refrigerator and spilled some of my noodles and makes me upset as it was tasty and I ended up throwing some and I was annoyed since I cooked it well and it has the right taste. I was thinking I should eat all of it than throwing it after spilled on the floor (lol), well…that is okay, I will make some more later as it happens sometimes.

My husband and I went on a cruise, I ate alot in there since they have delicious food in the buffet and they are high quality. Sometimes I ate mostly 2 plates and have 3 soup in one meal and that is too much and whoever eat like that there is no way not to gain weight. As I ate alot in there, when we come home in our condominium, I did weight myself and found out I gained 5 lbs. For me, when I am thinner I feel not lazy and of course I feel lighter and energetic. If dieting and exercising will not work for me, I may try taking weight loss pills but I have not tried taking weight loss pills before. I felt myself about 2 days ago I loss about 2 lbs. and I am happy about it since I did not eat alot few days ago and that means I am started being successful of losing some weight.

My husband and I did went on snorkel when we were in the Caribbean recently and I felt regret that I did not buy underwater digital camera as I liked to take a picture of beautiful colorful fish. On the way back home from our doctor’s appointment one store that I noticed that my friend and her husband’s name of the store, I noticed, their store and I said to my husband “let’s go in and meet them.” We have not met them for a while due that my husband and I travel sometimes. I am glad that my husband and I back from long hiatus but we had a blast visiting 4 countries in the Caribbean. We went on cruise started on Sunday and back today here in Florida Sunday afternoon in our condominium. We have been visited 4 countries in the Caribbean such as Labadee Haiti, Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Cayman Island, and Cozumel, Mexico. The most favorite place that visited is Cozumel, we have been there before but we didn’t not like it as we did not sign up any tours or exciting to do as we just did some shopping and wondering around the town, but few days ago, we did signed up for excursion or a tour which includes snorkeling, lunch, drinks on the boat and we had a blast that time. In Cozumel, Mexico, the water is like a clear and I was fascinated, as the water is clear and as what I knew of Cozumel is one of top destinations in the world.
