My husband and I bought variety of vegetables here in Fiesta grocery store in Austin. We bought several tiny noodles that I have found in Asian foods display in the store which we called in Philippines "bihon" which is a rice noodles. In addition, we bought various vegetables which I can mixed up with the noodles and we bought also a skinny eggplant which I liked since they are not hard and the seeds are not big. I had a chance on other day cooking noodles which was good for about 8 people and I cooked a lot and just the two of us will eat them all but we will eat it eventually, hmmm...delicious! The 1st picture that you can see which I put cilantro on top to make it smells delicious and added color to make it beautiful. See the pictures that I attached below.
