Recently, I have been started taking vitamins and every time I take it makes me crave more foods and it can make me gain more weight. I tried to lessen or control myself not to eat much so that my clothes will be still fit on me but sometimes I loved to eat more especially when I see delicious foods in front of me. It is hard to resist sometimes but I must control myself or else will gain more weight. I think I better just eat healthier foods than taking vitamins and it seems a great idea.
