Baking Breakfast Bread

I have been trying baking breakfast bread which is called in my homeland country PI "pan de sal" which is a simple soft breakfast bread. I thought I will do it the right way but I ruined it and the ingredients that I found online did not worked out for me. I did tried once yesterday and twice today. I am pissed off since it also takes your time and I did not make the right pan de sal. I am wondering, even I did follow the ingredients what has been written online but did not work for me, gosh! It really makes me mad as I did already 3 times but I did not make it perfect, still eatable and still taste good but it did not came out pan de sal, still hard and I will not call it pan de sal. Later, I would like to try again and put more yeast and I'll find out if I did short with the yeast. I suspected I did not put enough yeast and I hope next time, I will make "pan de sal" perfectly.
