I have been sleeping late for almost a week now but I got enough sleep as I wake up around 10:30 a.m and I make sure I got enought sleep at least 8 hours. I usually go to bed around 2:00 a.m as I am addicted to watch TV, even though I go to bed around 10:00 but my hand cannot control to hold the remote and start watching movie and once I start watching and the movie is good, I do not want to stop and when the next movie is good too I wanted to watch more which annoys me sometimes as I cannot control myself and I end up sleeping late which is not good for my health. Sometimes I promised myself to sleep early and not to be tempted again to watch TV and stay up late and makes me wake up late too and I cannot do a lot of things during the day as I wake up late but one of these days, I will change my habit by not sleeping late and makes me worried of my health.
