Organic Blackstrap Molasses

One time, I visited my nice friend who lives about 30 mins. away from our house. I visited her before once a week but since the weather changed and the road becoming dangerous to drive because of the snow, I just rarely visit her nowadays. Anyhow, I was in her house and we cooked together for lunch. By the time, I opened their fridge, I noticed the "organic blackstrap molasses" and I looked up the nutrition facts, I found out it is excellent source of calcium, copper and manganese and a very good source of potassium, and magnesium. I did not hesitate to try it, and at 1st I did not like the taste because of the bitter-sweet flavor.

When I was shopping at Kroger one time, I looked up the area which has organic products and found out they have "organic blackstrap molasses" and I bought one which was about $6 and I was glad that I found and purchased. Now, I am using it to sweetened my tea and also take it for 1 teaspoon sometimes and 1 tablespoon to get the health benefits of it. If you would like to read the "Health Benefits" of "Blackstrap Molasses," you can look up in here at (whfoods.com/genpage.php?dbid=118&tname=foodspice).
