Life has a lot to Offer

My husband and I paying high mortgage every month due we will paying our house for at least 15 years, we wanted to extend our mortgage but we do not know yet when we are going to do it, and I guess soon since we are going to have 2 babies and it cost more plus other bills. How I wish the value of the property will be up so that we can sell our condominium and then we will pay our mortgage so that we can save a lot of money for vacation and also we can buy something that we need/wants for us and for the twins.
