I started doing my pregnancy workout on Friday and today I am did it again. I don't do exercise if that day I feel stress out or exhausted doing chores at home or when I do walk a lot or did shop on that day, because when I get home I feel tired and it seems it is not a good idea to do my preg. workout. I feel good when I do workout as makes me become energetic and my soreness parts of my body seems vanish and I might exercise again tomorrow and depending if I am not busy here in the house tomorrow as I plan to do some chores such as doing some laundry and also do some listing in eBay.
